"I couldn't place my order on line. I call the store, the manager not only let me place the order on the phone she gave me a better price than on the app. Not only that, the food was fresh, and delicious."
"We went inside and ordered there. They were very friendly and quick to take our order. Unfortunately, they were not real quick on getting our order to us, but, they made up for it in a clean and tidy atmosphere and friendly environment. The food was really Good! Maybe I was just hungry! Lol! It's been a while since I've visited Popeyes, now, I can't to go back and try something else on the menu."
"I’ve seen so many people order food and ask for it to be fresh and literally make such a big deal about it having to be fresh. I’d say, that if you want your two pieces combo with fries to all be fresh, it’s best you don’t start screaming at the workers that your food isn’t “fresh enough” when they start getting cold as soon as they get them out of the oil. Every time I go, it seems like there is a fat person having some kind of problem with their order. If you have an actual problem, wouldn’t your problem get solved faster if you’d just be nice? The workers don’t make up the prices, so don't make problems out of things they don’t have control over. They don’t control the app, and they’re not trained on it either. As someone who’s worked in fast food places, I was never taught how their apps worked. Stop yelling, screaming, groaning and moaning about chicken not tasting good enough, or your wings being too stiff, or your jalapeños being too small, or your Mac&cheese being too dry, or your fries not being hot enough, or your food not being ready sooner. Every time I go through the driveway, I have to wait longer for my food because there is always that one person in front of me wanting more sauces, or something that could literally be solved inside. Please stop being a Karen, and stop having problems with fast workers and get off the phone with your friends, no one wants to hear what your boyfriend at home wants to order, have your mind made up. If you don’t know what a Popeyes offers, look it up online, and then come through the drive though with your mind made up."
"We visited at around 11:30am on a Friday. The food should've been fresh, but I'm pretty sure we got served food that had been cooked the day before. We both got chicken strip meals with mac and cheese. The chicken strips were dry, tough, and cold. The mac and cheese was fine, but very burned/dry in spots. The biscuit was the best thing. But we couldn't even finish our chicken strips. And the drink machine was beeping the whole time, which was really annoying. Don't eat here unless you're desperate."
"Ordered a 6 pc wing combo. The food was fresh but the wings were tiny, doesn't seem to be worth $11. Good service and a clean store."
