"This is a very bad McDonald's. First I got short changed today twice. Also they seem to have trouble understanding what a diet soda is. I can ask for a diet Coke and instead they give me a sugary Dr pepper drink. Not to sound rude but I don't think that they speak English nor do they understand it. The management team really ought to do something about the communication gap. I have always come here very frequently for drinks but I probably will not be coming to this location anymore. It is very annoying to keep getting the same drink wrong and you're spending the money and you're being short-changed as well."

"I went through the drive thur and ordered food. I got to the window to pay. In the middle of paying the system for paying went down. I waited for 10mins and nothing. The cashier was rude and I asked for the the manager and she was not any help. She was trying to hide until I asked for area manager number. I was on lunch and I had to ask for my food to be comped. So I could eat before returning to work. No one was informed about system crashing. Very unprofessional and I'm never returning"
