"The manager was very rude need to be fired he threaten to call the cops on me when I called back up there for a large latte that is ridiculous. I’ve been a manager before and I know how a manager supposed to be at a McDonald’s that manager up there needs to be fired. Let go that is not a good manager up there and was very very rude. Didn’t say sorry for the way he acted and how do u not have HR number"

"When I called about a few items missing from my order, the person was nice. However, when I went up to get my missing items, someone from the back yelled out "I did the order! It's all there, look better", this was unprovoked and highly unprofessional. This caused me to be aggressive towards the other employees who also did not help the situation at all. The person I was in the phone with said "I can ring you up" Like ma'am I PAID for this and didn't receive it. The audacity of the workers there tonight; if you have such poor customer service and horrible attitude, don't work in fast food. It should not have ended the way it did if that worker would've never spoke that way. I still didn't get my missing items. For people who want to eat there, don't waste your money going to this McDonald's; it's not worth the gaslighting the employees and possibly the manager gives you."

"Excruciatingly slow service no matter what time of day for simple things such as a hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. On no planet should that mean waiting a painstaking 27 minutes only to be told the item you ordered an eternity ago is not available."

"It's an out of the way spot, but you can always rely on them to be friendly and considerate. Been there many times when coming out of the backwoods which is the decker prairie subdivisions back there."

"OMG. This McDonalds does it right. I can’t tell you how many freaking McDonalds across the United States I’ve been to that show NO regard for packing your food with care and attention. Nothing forgotten here. Everything in its place. No need to ask twice, or thrice. What a welcome surprise to find such attention and care when I open up my food. Well done! Hats off to Gabe for his excellent service, the friendly team, a clean dining room, and what must be a great manager. Thanks for finally giving me a 5-star McDonalds experience."
