"Been forced to go to this location because there aren't any other options in our area. We like ordering bagels on Fridays for the weekend, but for an entire year we have gone through the drive thru and they never have enough bagels in stock. Cinnamon crunch is always gone. Few blueberry. You would think the manager would take note of shortages when there is ongoing demand. Just carelessness. No real customer service. I guess this is what you get from a chain that uses kiosks instead of real, personable people."

"Been here several times and will probably be the last. Filthy place run by teenagers. Soda machine and containers of sugar underneath disgustingly filthy along with mild counter around soda and tea machine. They were out of tea and other lemonade drinks today. Had to ask for the croutons for the french onion soup. Girl at front got our order wrong and when I went back to ask for the correct sandwich and was even going to pay for a new one since my friend already took a couple bites out of the one he got, the other guy behind the counter there said he would just make us another of of the correct sandwich. We never got it. So we left. Very very dirty and I was a little worried about the outcome after eating the food."

"They need to really clean the whole restaurant….grimy everywhere….major clean would help a lot…tables, glass, drink area, doors, walls —yuck! Went for a girls day and wanted to spray down with antibacterial!! More gluten free options or at least 1 bread option for a sandwhich."

"Usually a very pleasant experience, Dec. 2 for lunch not so much. French Onion Soup, just not what I expected, where were the onions? Just a sprinkle of cheese on top of a few croutons. If that's standard fare, not for me. Green Goddess Chicken Sandwich was really good, fresh and tasty. My partner's chicken soup was really good as well. The Chocolate Croissant was stale and crumbly, We threw it away. Overall, not so hot, next time we'll probably look elsewhere."

"Stopped by for a quick salad... ordered via the kiosk. The order went quick, the kiosk was difficult to manage, but after a few restarts, it worked. Good: The food was fresh, salad was good and cold Service: server didn't bring enough silverware, no self-serve options. Finding staff to get extra utensils was hard. Bad: stor was dirty, floors were horrid.... All things considered, yes, i would go back..."
