"I had a wonderful experience shopping here. I wanted to purchase some 2 by 4s that are top stocked and thought I had to wait more than 50 minutes. But this time I got help immediately. The lumber people and their cashier were very kind and supportive. I look forward to shopping here again and I am very happy with service I got."

"We went to Lowe’s on Friday to price check 2 refrigerators and 2 washer dryer sets. The items were competitively priced, but then @Darlene Williaford told us they’d had a Presidents’ Day sale going on and that we could also get a Pro Account to save money. She then brought over someone from the Pro Desk to help. Between them and another department manager they tried 3 different purchase combinations to save us money. Ultimately we saved about $750 on the overall purchase. The service and efforts to get us the best deal as well as setting us up with a Pro Account was excellent. We will definitely shop this Lowe’s again!!"

"Found a great price on a new washer since we were having problems with our old one. The employee was helpful getting it to the car. Tried calling several times from another Lowe’s location and we could never get an answer in which that employee mentioned they always have a problem getting an answer at this store. Took a risk driving over and it was in stock. Other than this issue it was a good visit."

"This shop is typical of most Lowe's. The shelves are well organized and the staff are very helpful. The items seem to be well marked with their prices so there's no surprises at the cash register. They don't have a lot of checkouts so you're stuck with self checkouts. You do have plenty of parking."

"It took about 20 minutes for anyone to bother coming to help us in the paint department after pressing the call button for assistance. Tons of employees walked passed us but no one helped until I physically spoke with someone at customer service. Customer service is not their strong suit."
