"Customer service area is trash. I’ve tried to process payments there twice. The first time the system was down. Today, I go in to process a payment and as the clerk is entering information, the register system rejected the process before the payment was even taken. Her response was it says unable to process at this time, and I was confused, especially since I didn’t even pay yet. And I asked her what did that mean and she says I’m not sure it just says unable to process. At no point in time does she try to troubleshoot and figure out why it wasn’t working. So now I’m having to drive somewhere else to process a payment."
"Please fix your water dispenser. Took almost 45min to fill one 5 gallon jug. If yall don't service the machine, call for them to come out."
"Sunday night quick stop for food and school supplies, around 9pm, plenty of parking available, clean restrooms, few people shooping, store was almost empty, some workers stocking in several sections, quick self check out, left me some extra time to check seasonal items and clearance."
"This place is often super busy, so I try to time my visits when parking is easy and it's less bustling. This visit I picked up some random items, from pain reliever to candy to a pretty Pioneer Woman coffee mug. In fact I was really impressed with how many lovely and useful household items they have in stock. The employees at the self check registers were busy helping shoppers with questions or disinfecting the checkout surfaces. It was refreshing to see employees taking pride in their work."
