"Richard “seemed” like a nice guy to everyone else but he was VERY nice nasty toward me. I noticed he was a great multitasker which was great for other customers but he continued to make me wait while assisting everyone else. I am a lady who knows nothing about cars and it was very frustrating that he made me feel like he didn’t care to help me because he felt I was being “animated” whatever that means. Regardless of whatever opinion he felt about me and my frustration shouldn’t have kept him from being kind and helpful rather than condescending and nice nasty. Yes, he greeted me and held the door and was great to other customers. This is solely based off of the way I was treated. I would have preferred for him to tell me to just leave, rather than to treat me that way. He doesn’t know what I experienced before I got there. His job is to be helpful regardless."
