"What kind of auto parts store that sells car batteries doesn’t have the tools to install them? It’s a common car, and common battery. The guy at the counter barely even looked at me and acted like he just couldn’t be bothered. Went down the street to the Trinity Mills location where they had tools, and the older man there was super nice and helpful and performed the installation. So yeah, don’t go here if you need your battery installed. Would rate lower but the online purchase was painless and there was another guy there who I assumed was a manager doing everything he could to help a couple outside. He even greeted me when I walked in."
