"The store was very busy at lunchtime. It was easy for me to locate the windshield wipers. The cashier was processing a sale on the main register but asked me if I was paying with a card. I said yes, and she rang up my two wipers on the self checkout to the point I could make the payment and leave. Very efficient, and I didn't have to wait behind the other customer, which was taking some time"

"When you run into car troubles, you are often filled with anxiety and stress, but today Ms. Dee Dee Davis was so calm and even keeled, it put my nerves at ease - her demeanor was both professional and relaxed, which helped me feel comfortable in her competent hands, and optimistic that she would help us get back on the road (which she did!) Ms. Davis took care of replacing our battery all be herself, and she did it in long, fresh, holiday-themed nail art at that! No one ever wants to be caught in an auto emergency, but when you do it helps having someone like Dee Dee in your corner."

He worked diligently (i mean, >30 minutes in TX heat) trying to remove the corrosion stuck on the battery and effectively communicated with me and other employees who were also trying to help. "I went to this location because they had positive reviews and seemed like the most helpful store in Dallas. However after waiting for awhile to be assisted with a quick headlight install. I was told only the manager knew how to assist with this but I witnessed other customers being helped with the same thing. I’m not sure if it was because the staff on duty wasn’t equipped as other reviews mentioned. I waited for the manager to help but she was quick to tell me she wouldn’t be able to help me with the light bulb they sold me. She stated I could go to any near by auto shop & they could help replace it as my 15’ Honda civic was “too complicated.” I went to a close 5 minute oil change and the staff there was extremely helpful and was able to swap out the replacement head light in just minutes! No disassembling needed. The mechanic reached his hand down and was able to remove it quickly."
