"A quick trip in to get a set of lug nuts turned into a bad experience. 1) had to tell them make and model which is understandable but they could have just asked me what size I needed. 2) after looking it up they said they only had 10 3) I asked where the display was and they finally pointed it out. Then proceeded to tell me that the lugs on the display wouldn't be a match. 4) found the lugs that I wanted on the display perfect match. 5) went to check out and the price was twice what the display said. I finally lost my patience and walked out."
