"I recently bought AirPods as a Valentine's gift for my wife. Upon opening the box, she discovered that the right piece was missing. As a Total Tech member, I sought to exchange the defective product within the 60-day window, but the store cited a policy against exchanges or returns, alleging fraudulent claims. Supervisor Mr. Jose Garcia dismissed my request, and when I questioned this, he rudely asked me to leave the store. We then contacted corporate, who provided a return code and confirmed that no such policy existed, especially for Total Tech members. I also filled a complaint on this employee with BestBuy corporate. BestBuy should reconsider appointing a supervisor with zero understanding of customer service and rudeness. I spent $10000 there last year, yet this employee accused me of dishonesty over a $180 purchase."

"The store isn’t bad. Not the best staff but certainly not the worst and they have some helpful people here. It’s the online same day delivery that’s a nightmare. I tracked my last 10 orders and 70% of them show “being prepared” then stall out. Typically I call the next day and they cancel it. It’s annoying but it’s relatively hassle free. Same issue yesterday. This time the customer service person refused to cancel my order and said it was being shipped today. I explained what’s happened in the past. The item was needed yesterday (why I placed the online order at 9am) and at 7pm when it was obvious it wasn’t coming I made other arrangements. Now I’ll have to drive to the store to return the item (if it even shows up today). Don’t buy things same day. You’re better off using literally anything else."
"My teenage son was looking to build his own PC. After having him do research on parts, specs, etc, I did some additional research and found this build with similar specs he was looking for, also allowing for additional memory if we want, and skip the parts ordering and build time. It took about 15 minutes total to power up (unbox, read quick start and read first items, remove protective packaging, connect peripherals, and power up). By the way, the way the machine was securely packaged (inside and outside of the tower) was excellent to ensure no issues with transport. The additional software we wanted on the machine took only a few minutes. Within 20-30 min my son was up and running. The speed is awesome and a big difference from gaming consoles (we have both XBox One and PS5). Very pleased with the product and highly recommend.
