"They met me on a day they were closed when I agreed to purchase a 166 bottle wine cooler from them. Place looks a bit "dicey" but I have learned that's the best place to get great deals. SUPER friendly and very responsive when we texted. They sold the unit as a floor model in near new condition and it is better than near new..I got a great deal. I arrived, they arrived on time, unlocked the store, I paid and got a receipt with 30 day warranty from them. They helped me load up and even checked a few days later to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. GREAT customer service!!!!"

"DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR BAD REVIEWS.. UNDERSTAND THAT NOT ALL HAPPY CUSTOMERS TAKE THE TIME TO SHARE THEIR GOOD EXPERIENCES!!! Before my visit to this store, I read the reviews on google and was VERY SKEPTICAL as to what kind of service I might receive. However, After my visit to NEW4LESS, I was a Happy Camper, Within a minute of walking in to the store I was greeted with a smile and was immediately ask what i was looking for, most of what they have in stock is new with tiny dents and scratches here and there. I was there looking for a Stove and microwave, my sales associate, LINDA, was nice enough to help me compare many different models, (WOW YOU COULD TELL SHE NEW HER PRODUCTS) Long story short, I did purchase this beautiful high-end stove and the matching microwave, i am very please with my purchase and the service was outstanding..."

"Refrigerator quit working after 2 weeks. Paid for a warranty so I had to take it back. They wouldn't come to my house and look at it. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so they exchanged it. Another 2 weeks went by and that one quit working to. So I called them back and they agreed to come to my house and exchange it again. But turned out that was a lie because they never showed up. So I called again and they said they had a delivery scheduled for my area for somebody else and they would do it at the same time. Again, another lie, cause they never showed up. So I called again, and they claimed my warranty was expired. They stopped answering my phone calls, stopped me from leaving a message by rejecting my call and even answering and setting the receiver down. And how do I know this? When I tried to call from a different number they answered immediately. As soon as they found out who it was, they hung up. I had no way of taking it back to them so I called a repair guy. Repair guy opened the back and it was infested with roaches and wouldn't repair it till they were gone. So then we had to pay an exterminator to come out. So new4less turned into used4more. A brand new one from a reputable company with warranty would have saved me time and money. I will never go here again and I would not recommend them to anybody."
