"Wish I could give them a 0 star. At first they appear friendly to get you in the web. They then insist you come into the store for any account changes. Constantly annoy with reminders and calls. I told them outright I needed to change a payment date and they basically told me to stick it. Horrible. Be better off saving your money and buying it in cash!!!!!"
"What a great buying experience!! Candy (I might be saying his name wrong) helped me after I found out the laptop I needed for work was out of stock at their location. He was able to get me a deal on an even better laptop and lowered the price to the item that was out of stock which saved me almost 1k off of the buyout price. I know I'm going back to this location for anything I need to lease/rent to own. I highly recommend them because excellent customer service is very very very hard to come by now a days. They're honest and will work with you. Covid friendly location and they also deliver. This was my 1st time at an Aaron's location and an unforgettable experience."

"Mr. Cande(manager) I believe is his name, is very helpful, understanding & always solving any issues or concerns. Very professional & customer service rocks. You do have once in a while some rude or unorganized communication between employees and us customer's. Maybe someone having a bad day. But other than that I'm happy. My husband & I have been purchasing item's since 1999-2000 till present & just recently has the unorganized communication, & rudeness, began. I'm sure everyone will work better to have great customer service. We appreciate you work"
