"Went to purchase America countryside cedar mulch of which it said the carrier store had 542 bags. However they don't carry this brand. According to the outside expert he's never ever seen it. I'd I ordered it I would get the same generic brand they sell in the store which I would rate at 1. It has zero smell of cedar. Manager of the store asked me how I was I said terrible he kept walking. What a poor poor customer service experience. Need to go to Lowes or Calloways for my garden needs"

"Hi I would like for the management Team to know that I was generously helped by a young man named Rene Rodriguez at Homedepot by my house. We spent $700 of material that he him self helped load when the store had no lumper,drywall associates to help he came from another department to help me out. I am extremely grateful being a woman I couldn't have done this my self!! Please hire responsible people to help us in that area. Rene was very respectful and hard working. I want to say thank you to him and the cashier whom helped me order everything and pay so easily, she was a Hispanic girl my receipt says SHALMAI but I'm not sure if that's her name. Any way thank you for all your great help!!"

"We waited a long time for a worker to come back to the paint station. I asked the guy behind the customer service to call someone, which he did, but the person didn't come when called. I then stood next to the paint counter and dialed the store number myself, and asked for a manager. I told the manager over the phone what was going on, and she walked to the paint section and mixed the paint we needed. In the process of her doing that, the main worker for that section finally came back to his duty station. This is unacceptable! The entire process was about 35-40 minutes from me first getting to the paint counter until I got what I needed."

"Jason (elder) in paint is so much help for me and my ole man, he is very knowledgeable and gives all kinds of tips. He is so sweet! He points us in the right direction for all our needs while doing these house projects we contract out to do around the neighborhood. This place has been like our 2nd home this past yr between our new house, my mother in laws, neighbors we contract out to do house projects for. Give Mr Jason (elder- in paint the one with glasses and beard) a raise!!!!!!"

"This quick Home Depot run was successful. With the help of the friendly and knowledgeable staff we were on our way fairly quickly. The Christmas section and fire pit sales slowed the process a little but it was well worth it. The store was brightly lit, not crowded at all during our visit, the parking is plentiful and the location is perfect with easy access to I-20."
