"I would give 0 stars, if possible. Very unprofessional employees and store manager. At first, they are friendly and will work with you but that quickly changes when you try and work out a payment plan with them. Phone calls start coming in the day your payment is due and won't stop calling until they receive your payment. One of their store associates, Saul, told me that they were going to pick up furniture on a certain day and time but they made me wait and wait after the time they told me they were arriving and ended up not showing up at all! Another associate, Jason, was very rude and kept interrupting me while I was talking to him and then ended up hanging up on me. I called to speak to the manager, Ulysses, and he told me that he instructed Jason to hang up on me. I tried to work something out with Ulysses but he was very, very rude and he proceeded to tell me that legal action was going to be taken (in very rude words), and then hung up on me. I called the store back but they never answered. Corporate will receive a complaint for these employees."
