"Jose was extremely friendly and helpful. Very thorough with not only with the process of finalizing our purchase but also knowing the products that Conn's carry. We were also looking for a recliner but there wasn't a color that that we wanted. Jose told us to come back in April because that's when new merchandise arrives. Not only were we happy with our purchase today we plan to return to find a recliner and will make sure that we have Jose help us again."

"Our store (#236) experience was nice. Delivery was not so nice. The fridge was delivered and installed. The dishwasher sat in our living room, in the packing box, until another technician was scheduled to install it. We had to go to the store and request installation that we had already paid for. THAT INSTALLATION did not go well. The door was damaged. “You signed a waiver” is the excuse we keep getting. The products are good (minus the damaged dishwasher) but very poor customer service."
