"It's really poor customer service when you pass 5 different employees and not one ask if you need help. Even if you approach one, they scurry off. I really hate Home Depot. Lowes is a lot better for customer service."
"Been going here 10 yrs, had the rudest, most unprofessional cashier today. Tried to do a refund, cashier wanted to give cash instead of credit my card. Raised her voice, accused me of sticking receipt in her face, and smelled of alcohol. Manager was polite and professional, but ultimately said they had to do cash cause receipt showed I paid with cash. Apparently this is due to exchange I did on product due to it being the wrong one, cash was given for difference. After I bought item a third time I had to pay with debit, machine didn't accept cash....Yes, bought the item three times..first one rang up at different price, realized it was placed in the wrong spot. Got home with second one, realized it was broke. Drove back to store and dealt with this employee at customer service. This experience with the cashier with zero customer service skills(and maybe drinking on the job) has lead me to never return to this store."
"Today I went into Home Depot for a can of paint that I wanted to use to repaint a crib for my little one that will be coming soon. My husband visited several times the days before to get the right color but didn't have luck with previous representative. Shout out to Lortus (apologize if I misspelled it) in the paint department who made the perfect recommendation and accommodated all my needs. Thanks for your help because the crib came out beautiful!"
"The best experience I’ve ever had at a Home Depot. Went in late at night just before they closed. Frank took the time to listen and assist me in which blinds I needed. 5 star Experience hands down. Moving forward, I will drive out of the way just to come to this location. Keep it up. Great customer service is hard to come by these days."
"Store is very poorly stocked. Online will show that they have 20 in stock. Get to the store none on the shelf. Asking associate. They advise you to just go to another store that they themselves do not even shop at the store because it’s so poorly managed."
