Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Got the smallest burrito a person could ask for. I’ve never had issues with the burrito since I feel like Chipotle can be conservative with portion sizes on the bowl. However, paying $12 for this??!!?!? I’d never go back to this location again, or might not consider buying from them in general."

"2 pieces of feedback — restaurant experience and food quality. 1. Team members at the front provided horrible customer service. The first gentlemen asked if I wanted melted cheese in my bowl, and I said yes — thinking he was talking about the regular cheese. But instead, he poured queso. So I said very apologetically, “I’m so sorry, I misunderstood. I don’t want queso. Just regular cheese.” After throwing down the bowl, he redid it, and complained about it to his coworker next to him. You could tell they didn’t want to be there. The next set of workers (2 females) talked about me in Spanish because I look like I don’t speak it ( but I do ;) ). And then as you can see on my receipt, they still charged me for the queso. Despite not having it in either bowl. 2. I was willing to let the above experience go; however, the food quality was not worth it. They shorted me on a double chicken order. And the rice was SO wet & mushy, I couldn’t see individual grains. Horrible overall experience. My first time going to this location and I won’t be going back. Stick to Potranco!"

"This is the 3rd time that i have found plastic in my bowl this month. I live pretty close to this Chipotle, so i come here often after going to the gym. I've eaten here many times before but recently this month in December they have been leaving plastic in my bowls. It has happened twice in November but i didn't think much of it, because i can always take it out. The issue i have is that someone can choke on this plastic if not careful. I didn't even notice it until i felt it in my throat. So this is just a warning for this chipotle. Watch what you're chewing."

"Yall always get my food right, but whenever its an online order IT IS TINY. I ask for double rice and thats literally all the rice in the picture. Me and my husband love this location but it disappoints us whenever the online orders fail to make us full. Staff is always friendly though."
