After declining, she assisted additional customers with questions on beds and then came back to assist me. This location didn't have the particular recliner I was looking at so Brooke called the store in Keller to see if it was available there. While she was on hold, she gave me information about discounts and coupons available to me. She confirmed the recliner was available in Keller and had them put my name on it. Brooke even showed me how to access the discounts on the website. Although I purchased the recliner from a different location, Brooke showed tremendous enthusiasm and was extremely helpful with my purchase. I got exactly what I was looking for and saved $50."
