"Be careful if you get the tail slender guy with the multi colored hair. I will leave the ethnicity and orientation out of it. First, his disposition and attitude were horrible during ordering, but after was unacceptable. They were calling out the orders as there were about 5 people waiting on their food. They called out each one by what the person ordered as an Italian no tomato, etc. This individual called out my order just Saud Giant. Nobody moved, so he proceeded to say Giant Spicey East Coast. That was mine. I asked without mayo, correct? He stated, "You want me to call out all that?" I said yes, and he said it has extra mayo on it just for you. I would've said more, but I just said I won't be back. Piss poor customer service. I asked because I have ordered no mayo every time and every time I get mayo. So I ask. I will address it with the corporate. If you don't want to be working, then don't."
"Wow. The young man at the register could not have been any more depressed. This kid did basically everything with his lackluster deminear, lack of facial expression, and depressing voice to subliminally tell me he wanted nothing to do with this job working at this JJs at the DFW airport. His lethargic follow up question to everything that I ordered made me think, 1, this kids def, im right infront of him with no one around and he cant understand what i say the first time, and 2, this kids about to fall over. He would onky speak during an exhaled breath and God forbid it was a full sentance cause then hed have to inhaldle and tey it again. Now thats impressivly lazy. Very unprofessional and not how a Jimmy John's employee should conduct themselves, especially at the register interacting with the customers. I found it somewhat humorous due to the blatant IDGAF attitude that he wasn't trying to hide. But worth mentioning, need a better employee at the register. Bread was undercooked."
"The staff here is beyond rude, passive aggressive and uncaring. I placed a simple order that the cashier entered incorrectly and when I asked her if it was a mistake she was very dismissive with me. She told me that she heard me one say one thing and when I corrected her the guy that was making my sandwich started over talking me and told me that the mistake wasn’t a big deal. When I tried to finish my sentence he continued to talk louder and continued to over talk me. I’ve never had anyone at any type of establishment treat me this way. I’d rather starve than to give this place my hard earned money. If you see this place in the airport terminal just keep walking. There are plenty of other options were you’ll be treated like a human being."
"The two employees working were cussing at each other and kept saying they didn't want ppl to be there, and they wanted to leave already. Joking and dropping food on the floor, that was meant for the customer's sandwich in front of me. I opened mine up and the bread was HARD and not made fresh that day. There was oil all over my paper, and was carelessly made, but I forced myself to eat the less hard of the two halves. It was VERY disappointing bc JJs has ALWAYS been consistent at EVERY other location, no matter the state I'm visiting."
"Oooh boy. I love Jimmy John's and this was ROUGH. Head Office or Franchise Owner you need to get in here and fix it asap. Everyone else, I know, I saw the reviews, no matter how much you want it, avoid it like the plague. Go anywhere else in the Dallas Airport. The Customer Service was off the charts horrendous, slow sandwich making, and it was poorly made and wrong. @Jimmy John's I'm happy to assist and provide Customer Service Training but you might need to do a clean out and restart. So sorry, love you guys but I'm wondering if the staff were trying to drive customers away."
