Domino's Pizza 600 West Northwest Highway, Grapevine, TX 76051

"I am very unhappy with this location they are sloppy and unprofessional they don’t care and is not considerate at all of the customers I have experienced 3 separate occasions they yell curse and are rude to the customers and this is the last straw the way they treat customers ,a family that orders from them all the time. My order was delivered to wrong address, a business at that, I had already waited the 40 mins over time to find out that it was delivered to a wrong address I told them I would like my ordered remade, when contacted by the delivery driver she told me she delivered it to the wrong address but yet I would have to wait another 40-60 mins when I called and asked will I be discounted I was simply told NO ! Because it being made fresh ,so it’s my fault y’all delivered to wrong address? but not willing to your compensate your customer a discounted fee ,I didn’t say I wanted it free but discount me for the extra wait this was truly a disappointment at the fact I had to wait even longer to feed my kids this late!"

"We came from afar with my family, excited by the promise that this Pizza Hut, according to Google and the information in the store, would close at 10:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. However, our experience was disappointing. Despite my pregnant wife's strong cravings and the fact that we came with our 2-year-old son, we were met with the unpleasant surprise that the establishment was closed, as stated by the employee. It's frustrating when businesses don't even adhere to their established hours, which could be a reason for the failure of such establishments. We hope that Pizza Hut takes measures to ensure that their hours are respected, thereby providing a better experience for their customers."

"This was unfortunately the worst experience at a dominoes I've ever had. For starters the small buff chick pizza was $14 which I think is insanely priced. The hand tossed pizza tasted funky and had almost no sauce on it. The buff chick pizza tasted very weird and nothing like buff chick pizza does. There was no spice at all and just tasted like cheesey chicken. The toppings on the tots were burnt and tasted horrible. Overall 2/10 would not eat again."

"An hour after our dinner was supposed to be here (and 30 minutes of being on hold/repeatedly getting purposely hung up on) we get ahold of someone being incredibly rude that delivered this burned (and totally cold) pizza. I highly discourage you from ordering from this pizza place."
