Wise Guys Pizzeria, located at 322 South Park Boulevard in Grapevine, Texas, is a family-owned restaurant with a passion for exceeding expectations. Founded by childhood friends Tim McNamara and Mike Ernst, Wise Guys offers delicious Italian cuisine made from scratch. Tim, with over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, fulfilled his dream of opening a restaurant in his hometown of Orange, California. Mike, inspired by Tim's vision, joined forces to create Wise Guys Pizzeria.
The restaurant's roots in Texas are thanks to Kevin McNamara, who spent 19 years working in the restaurant business before realizing his dream of owning his own establishment. Wise Guys is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for families to create lasting memories around the dinner table, just as the founders did in their youth.
At Wise Guys, you can expect fresh food, family hospitality, and a hands-on approach to service. From pizzas and pastas to premium drafts, every dish is crafted with care and passion. "As soon as we sat down, they brought hot garlic knots. Great wings, nice drinks, salad was fresh, and good pizza. Service was fast and friendly. A little loud. Very busy. A little pricy for the size of items. But everything was fresh and made when we ordered."
"Love their pizza. They have great pizzas and good salads. My go to is the Mama Mia on cauliflower crust. Also am a fan of the Mediterranean salad. The Godfather Supreme is great as well; it’s on a nice thicker crust. The pepperonis are first rate. They know how cook a pizza; the crust is the right level of crunchy without being burnt. And everything tastes fresh. We’ve had the garlic knots—they are addictive. My only complaint is that when they get busy they don’t cut the pizzas well."
"Food was ok, I had a calzone it was middle of the road. Tomato Sauces were bitter. Service was ok, nice kid not very attentive. Took a while to see the server after we were seated. When I went looking for the check I found him behind the register on his phone…of course It was Tuesday I believe, but I think a bigger thing to focus on is how bitter that sauce is."

"Just a casual spot to grab dinner, the garlic knots were really good! The fettuccine Alfredo was also very good, just missing a little sauce- but did not skimp on the chicken. I loved the hot honey pizza with arugula, it went together so well. The cookie dessert was okay because it was a little too thin which caused it to be a little hard. Other than that dinner was great!"
