"I went here today to use a coupon I had. I’m vegan so I had to be careful with what I ordered. Tasha was my server. Not only was she awesome but we share the same name. If I had her type of service at every restaurant I ate at, the world would be a better place! She was AWESOME!"

"Horrible service. Servers were so rude, I’ve been sitting for 1 hour just ordered two waffles and 1 hot chocolate. I asked them nicely but 2 servers said “I didn’t know” the other one said “everybody has to wait 45 mins” while the rest of other guests got their food. I will never come back of how they rude they were to customers. Seriously can they just be nice since we have to wait for 1 hour?"

"I came in around noon, peak brunch hour for this place! I was greeted promptly and all my food came out great! My server was awesome and kept coming around to refill my coffee, and I am super excited for leftovers. Only thing was there was a girl by the cash register who kept huffing and puffing about my coupon and rolling her eyes. That was a bit off putting considering she wasn’t even the one checking me out and the other was very patient and kind. The manager came to sort the coupon out and was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to try more items!"

"If you like food with great flavor and excellent customer service, this is your place. It is a little hole in the wall that does not get enough recognition for how DELICIOUS the food is! My hubby ordered the chicken and Belgian waffles and the kids had the silver dollar pancakes kids meal. The chicken was crispy yet moist. The waffles and pancakes were fluffy and had great flavor. Even the Turkey bacon was yummy! John was our server and he was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Food was served hot. No delay. Kitchen staff was awesome! If you're ever in the Grapevine area, you have to check out Waffle Way. They are only open for breakfast and lunch."
