Marco's Pizza 2150 West Northwest Highway, Grapevine, TX 76051

"Sometimes Beautiful pizza, usually not great. They don't do the crust toppers, and the toppings are usually piled up in the middle. Worst part is I even checked it in the store, but hungry brain no work good. There is only 1 person working here sometimes, and they seem to spend most of the time in their car, as anytime I go to pick up the pizza, they have to rush back inside. Lots of toppings, though, which is nice. Just wish there wasn't so much dry bread around the edges. Wrong side cups, too. Luckily, I don't like pizza sauce, because it was totally solid and crusty inside the container. As others have mentioned the... interesting... employee here is a bit unnerving. Come on a night when the guy worker is here and it'll be Amazing, he makes really great pizza, but any other night and it is the opposite."

"I will NEVER again order here. I put an order in for 3 pizza 2 bread sticks and some cinnamon rolls and the app said 15 minutes. The lady working tonight Tuesday February 13th called and said it would be 30 minutes actually so I sent someone to pick up about the time it should be ready and when we got there she said she put it to the side and wasn’t even going to think about touching it for the next 45 minutes. Sorry ma’am that you showed up to work today and had to do your job and was cranky that we spent some money with you guys. I will be filing a complaint with cooperate as I order from Marcos all the time and have never had this issue but the disrespect from this women will ensure I never order here again. Btw I have 8 hungry kids at home and now have to wait for something else. Total lack of respect."

"I spoke to the GM on a Friday about an advertised menu price. He assured me it will be honoured Tuesday. On Tuesday during lunch, I spoke to another mgr who assured me my advertised price was on a group chat. I returned in the evening only to be told by a girl that she's not on the chat and couldn't honour the price bc she's not a mgr and did not know when the mgr will return. Finally, after an hour, the mgr said she could not honour my "deal" with the GM and called me "rude". It was not any deal. Just look at your menu price behind you! They argued over $1.00. This was the 2nd item that registers higher than the menu prices. They have some niche products but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired when the GM is not there. I went there with sunglasses on but left in pitch darkness. 1st time in my life I didn't get any crushed peppers."

"This was supposed to be a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. Half the slices don't have cheese or pepperoni on them. Called the location to let them know about the pizza, a young lady answered the phone and asked if I can be put on hold. I agreed and was left on hold for 14 minutes, I had to disconnect and call back. When I called back I was told that they will only make another pizza and send it out, this would have been great but since I was on hold for so long we had ordered from another place. I told them I had no problem paying for the 2 liter and the tip for the driver. Then she puts me on hold and then says that she spoke to the General Manager and that they can not give refunds and that I can only receive store credit. There is not a single company that can not give you a refund for a purchase. I will be taking this up with my credit card company since they say that they can not give refunds."

"In all the years that I've been buying pizza, this is the first time I've had this experience.. The pizzas tasted decent, presented good, smelled good, and were hot. However, trying to chew and swallow both pizzas was like trying to chew and swallow rubber.. I don't understand how they pulled that off. I've had many good experiences here. I hope I don't have this one again. I couldn't go higher than a 2 under these circumstances for the food."
