"Food was good, its Taco Bell no necessarily fine dining. What bothers me is the employee not parking properly. If they don't follow the parking rules, what's to say they are following food safety rules? Obviously the manager doesn't care or this would be addressed."

"I went in to have dinner with my son. We waited for several minutes to have our order taken. I don't use the order kiosk because I don't work at Taco Bell, and I'm not able to get an employee discount. The order was placed for a taco and burrito cravings pack. I asked about a military discount and showed my identification, but I did not receive the discount. We filled our drinks and waited for our order. The food was hot and delicious. The location was clean, and several tables were open."

"I recently visited Taco Bell with high hopes to try their new Birria taco. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The Birria taco I received looked nothing like what was advertised, leading to a disappointing meal. Even worse, when I tried to get a refund due to this disappointment, I was directed to request it through their app. It’s disheartening that while they make it convenient to take orders via the app, the process for getting a refund isn’t as user-friendly. As a customer, I expected a more seamless resolution to match the convenience of their ordering system. I hope Taco Bell considers improving their refund process to ensure a more satisfactory experience for their customers."

"Drive thru access was easy. The speaker and the menu board were both decent. The order was finished fast and correct. The food was okay. I know it's not fine dining, but for the cost, the food could have been made better. The tacos and the Nacho Bellgrande hardly had any meat to them. The Grilled Cheesy Burrito was alright but the size was kind of small and again, the contents were skimpy. Been a long time since I had Taco Bell and most likely will be even longer after this visit."
