Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

"I’ve noticed most golden corral cashiers are rude. Thankfully the waiters usually have good customer service. The establishment restroom smells like urine and old dirty mop water at every location. The breakfast buffet items were ok, nothing great. For a total of $12.98 w/tax it’s worth it in my opinion. I think you will find something you like. I enjoyed the egg, bacon, sausage, cheese pizza, the omelette station, fruit beverages, banana pudding, ice cream, and of course coffee. I also noticed they have a selection of beers and other adult beverages."

"This place was horrible! They were nice until they got my money. First, I purchased two adult meals. They offered me alcohol. I purchased a strawberry margarita and was told that they would bring it to my table. They never brought it. The food was awful. The pot roast was very salty. The chicken friend steak was dry and salty. The baked chicken was dry and tasted reheated a couple of times and it was early in the day, therefore this must have been from the day before. I went for seconds on chicken tortilla casserole and I saw the lady moving it from one pan to the next pan and the next pan was full of soap suds all the way through. They proceeded to get upset with me for asking about the soap suds. There were two different employees coughing on the food without covering their mouths. When it was time to leave, I asked for a refund on the strawberry margarita since I never received it. The manager refused to give me a refund. They made the margarita, held it in a freezer and never brought it to me. I understand that you can not take a margarita with you, and it was never brought to me when I was eating. So, I asked for a refund. They refused to refund me. Therefore they stole my money. They charged me for something that I never received yet refused to give my money back. If I could put zero stars, then I would, but in order to give a review, I had to leave at least one star, but they don’t even deserve that. The food was bad, the atmosphere was filthy, the dishes were dirty, the seats were dirty as well as the tables, customer service was horrible. I will NEVER return to this place again."

"This location never disappoints. Food is always hot and fresh. The service of the staff is welcoming and inviting. The manager Mr. Arturo is a joy to see on our visits. Drop on by for a good wholesome meal. ( Oh yeah they have beer and frozen daiquirs at this location for those that want a cold one with your meal)"

"I went to Golden corral on October 13, 2023 and it was absolutely horrible. The mashed potatoes was great not gonna lie, but I did have an extreme food and safety hazard issue with improper temperature controls and labeling as you can see on the attached image a bucket of steaks was sitting out throughout my whole entire dinner, as well as they were old and discolored from improper temperature controls, I would love to know if there is proper protocols. And food safety in place. Worked in the food industry for over for my half years in management and food safety and is absolutely horrible to see. I would love to work with the team to help implement some of those food safety and also would love for them to reach out to discuss my experience."

"We went last Tuesday to eat to the restaurant. 2 adults and 4 kiddos well let me tell you the service was terrible the food wasn’t in the buffet bar do to the employees and the manager where celebrity a employee birthday so all the staff went to the meeting room and the customer well they didn’t care. I ask for pizza for my little kiddos the manager said 5 minutes and a young manager that’s said he was the owner son said “does pizzas are for a take out order not for the bar”. Well I ask went do the pizza are coming out he said 5 minutes. I count the time, cause the way he talk to me was good. It past 20 minutes for a pizza. Then I ask a server for the shrimp they had in the sign on top of the table and the owner manager son said to my husband tomorrow, and of course he knew that I wasn’t going to go the next day. Then I ask for the beer batter fish and again he said tomorrow. I ask for dessert exactly the banana pudding, and he said that there was no bananas that they were going to bring them tomorrow haha. It was a rip off, paying a lot of money and the buffet bar was empty. I’ll let you some pictures so you can see that I’m not lying. I asked him could I get your corporate number and he say we are franchise. Oh! And they change the original mac & cheese for a cheaper one."
