"UPDATE 02/01/2024 : Still terrible service and they have been without Cupholders for several weeks now. Kaitlyn and Chloe are the rudest employees there working at that Starbucks. They always catch an attitude when you're about to order. Like, excuse me you're not paying for my coffee. I'm paying for it. The least they can do is not have a RBF. Smile more. They have no communication whatsoever and they always have a long line of customers waiting. They are super slow and have absolutely no consideration of customers time. They need to be replaced by employees who care. Also, if you're paying with KROGER Pay they don't accept that due to their "new system" in place. You would think they accept Google Pay or Apple Pay but they only accept Samsung Pay. That's an inconvenience for Kroger customers who can't pay with KROGER Pay at a KROGER Starbucks."

"Starbucks in the Target is horrible though. I felt so uncomfortable when I was trying to order my coffee and the barista was to busy criticizing how I was ordering my coffee and trying to argue with me on what I wanted. It seemed to bother her that I would not argue. Very uncomfortable. I almost walked out if it wasn’t for my wife lol. Won’t be going back however."

"The guy at the register was friendly but things took a turn for the worst when the hispanic girl Cetali interacted with us. She was rude on multiple occasions during our experience at this location today and has no customer service skills whatsoever. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Starbucks. My daughter and I were treated poorly by this young girl."

"Unprofessional unfriendly employees . Racist and with a bad attitude . One of the unfriendly unhelpful employees today was Angelica . Her answer for everything was “I don’t know”."

"Stopped in and got a coffee while visiting family in the area. The girls who helped me where so nice! They got me hooked on the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The employ who helped me the most was Jaydn! She helped make sure what I was ordering was gluten free and safe for my allergy. Very much appreciated! I will Definitely make it a point to stop back at this location next time I’m in town."
