"I’m sad to say that these donuts I ordered were far from my expectations. They didn’t even come warm, they look like they were made a few days ago considering that the glaze donuts were already crumbled before grabbing. The Bavarians had looked like they were beaten up before being given and the color of the jellies were seeping through. The glazed donuts were already discolored and brown and every single donut looked stale. None of these donuts were made fresh. You can tell that the workers in this store really don’t care about what they were serving to their customers."

"I will always love Shipley’s over any other donut place but the lady at the window had no customer service. No hello or thank you. She just looked at me, gave me my food, and closed the window. The donuts were cold too considering it has only been open an hour. I made sure to go right after open to get the best donuts. The staff reflects the quality of food."
"For one they didn’t have their hazelnut iced coffee so I had to settle for caramel which tasted like straight milk. Then the kolaches I got were all soggy. On a good note my coffee fell and spilled everywhere so I got to go get a better one at McDonald’s. This location is Trash"
"Never has warm donuts, no matter what time you go. Weekdays at 7 am glazed are cold, 7:30 they’re cold. Weekends 8-8:30 cold, 9:00 am cold! These are prime breakfast times and they’re always cold. Hate that I have to drive to Porter just to get some warm donuts."
