"First they added something that I did not order to my order. Then horribly skimped on the fries. Seriously? That is just sad."
"Do not order anything from any delivery platform. They will not send all the food with your order. For example if you order nuggets but they are still cooking and not up yet they will just send your order without nuggets bc they know UBER or DoorDash pay back the customer. Happened multiple times"
"Ordered a fudge sundae and the night worker girl just filled the entire cup up (overfilled) with ice cream and then drizzled fudge at the top. Made a huge mess in my car because she doesn’t know how to make a simple sundae. Every time I come here it’s always something, especially at night."
"The night workers ( specifically the girls) are so freaking rude. They rush you to order then get mad when you tell them THEY forgot something. I've had the window closed on me so many times when I needed something. Been told to move forward for literally nothing. I add things to my order that I don't receive. I'm getting a lot of attitude but NEVER my full order."
