"We had an unpleasant experience on our last visit. The wait was long and there wasn’t anyone that would properly greet you and be able to check you in. When we sat, my cup was dirty but I decided to ignore it and wipe it off. I also ordered and presidente margarita, but after a few zips I noticed it didn’t taste like anything. So when the waitress asked how everything was I mentioned that it could just be me but that the margarita didn’t taste like much, as I was still explaining she grabbed and said “what margarita, you almost halfway with it” and walked away. She brought another one later without saying anything else to us. At this time my wife stopped enjoying her meal and so did I. I could’ve paid for another one without a problem, I was not trying to get free drinks. Ribs were dry and restroom dirty. Once I requested to speak to a manager I got a half apology and nothing else. Every time we go less and less to any Chillis. It’s not a nice experience, and customer service gets worse every time."

"Okay, so our Waitress was super nice and attentive, sadly the only plate that I ordered arrives to me 1 hour later, seriously? And even worse, completely COLD. Definitely this is NOT the place your family can come to hungry, but if you have time to waste then go to chilis and eat cold food."

"Came in last week for lunch with the young woman I look after. I never expect much in the way of accommodations when it comes to dealing with kids/adults with disabilities but I’m so happy to say that this Chili’s rocked! Our server, Ms. Patsy, was so sweet. The hostess was sweet and understanding and put us at a table that was best suited to our needs and out of the way so the wheelchair wasn’t in the way. Our drinks were never empty, the food was out fast and hot. Everything was perfect, even down to the bathrooms which were clean and comfortably handicap accessible. 10/10 Chili’s!"

"I just came here to eat with my daughter and our server was Joanne. She was amazing! She was fast, attentive and she stayed helping is and making sure we didn't need anything else! She acted as if she's been a server for 50 years I swear! She was great! The restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly! It was a great experience overall!! Thank you joanne!"
