"This establishment needs a customer service course. We ordered to go food at 5:20PM, the confirmation stated it would be ready by 5:40PM. We arrived at 5:35PM, I check in and am told it would be 5:58PM before it was ready. The to go area starts to fill up. We go back in at 6PM and it’s still not ready! 40 MINUTES LATER! The manager took zero accountability for the customers not being taking care of and then decided to be snarky to CUSTOMERS for her lack of managing. We finally got our food at 6:20PM. This was absolutely ridiculous. As a business owner I hate writing reviews, but this was not the way to treat your customers."

"45 minutes wait. Ordered 12 wings and a kids burger. Ended up having to leave so my kid didn’t miss her game. Of course once I said we couldn’t wait any longer the food instantly appeared. No manager came by or anything. I wouldn’t come back if you paid me. Can’t rate the food cause we couldn’t stay any longer to eat"

"The worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The food could have been better had it been hot. The fried pickles I ordered as an appetizer came out 30 min. after I initially ordered it. Our food came out about 50 minutes after we ordered it. The funniest part was that the place wasn't even busy. It all came down to the service.(Sigh) The waiter. He constantly blamed the kitchen staff for errors in our orders... it left a bad taste. so there was that. The mango hanbanero wings were saucy and spicy, deelish. The chicken tenders were tasty, and I enjoyed the onion rings. Thanks to the beers, the experience was tolerable. I won't be spending my Benjamin's here, I'll stick to the Heights- Washington location"
