"I went in here to use the restroom and there is a sign that says it's for customers only so I stood around for a while at the counter while this lady was asking about some big weird stuffed cup. Finally the person in the restroom exits. After relieving myself a family of four makes eyecontact with me as they cut me off heading to the counter. Alone so I said screw it and left where I had to wait for more slow walkers to all hold the door open for each other then slam it in my face lol after more people cut me off while I'm trying to get out... Just don't go here if you have any actual social anxiety (not the teenage girl version that every TikTok person has)"

"They were out of black tea and coconut tea, which is in many of their drinks, so essentially half of their menu was out of the question. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested other drinks and I found one I thought I'd like, but ended up tossing it bc it was not to my liking. Maybe next time."

"I am really impressed with this Kung Fu Tea location. I have been coming here almost every day for over a year to study and always buy drinks here. I have never had bad or rude service here. Do not believe anyone that has a complaint about this place. They always do the best job they can. They even handle the place with excellence during rushes and are very efficient! The girls, Jannie, Dani, Ray, Kat, and Esther are wonderful and have always been incredibly nice and cordial. They always welcome me when I enter, they always say thank you, are really fast and kind. Sometimes they are just behind the counter having a good time when it's slow and making me laugh! They also enjoy conversation and are fun to talk to. They know a lot about their drinks and what is inside them and will make a drink however you want it. They are great with newcomers because they know how to describe drinks in detail! They also are not afraid to recommend you something when you ask and they give you their honest opinion!"
