"I called in an order, And got a new hire who was in training by a leader in charge. I order a sandwich. My company is only least than 5 minutes from the shop. Waited over 45 minutes. When it finally came there were 2 sandwiches for $30 . I only asked for one. I called and the supervisor or manager didn't seem at all concerned. Who or why would a person buy a sandwich for $30 when you can sit at a restaurant and have a great meal. I called and he said the driver would be there soon. My concern is management should have handled that more professionally. No more Jimmy John's for me. Treat others as if this happened to you Sir. If you were in my place. Remember what you do to others will come back to you as a loan with interest!!!!!!!"

"I used to live across the street and visited quite a few times, never had any problem before today. The drive thru was slow even though we were the only ones in line AND they didn't give me the chips I paid for! $13 for a combo and I didn't even get it. I was already home by the time I noticed so there's no way I'm going back (I don't live close by anymore!). On top of slow service, the customer service was not there. Blatantly obvious they don't want to be there, and while they were not outright rude it was just uncomfortable. Totally opposite of what we've experienced before, so sad. Well, our actual sandwiches were delicious though which is why I added an extra star. Please do better on customer service and quality checks of orders, Jimmy John’s!"

"$34 for 2 of these basic small sandwiches that have more onions than meat. Subway is better than this… Update: Jimmy John’s reached out to me and offered me a free sandwich for my terrible experience. When I tried to redeem the free sandwich the store rudely declined it and said I would need to contact the store owner or manager whatever. They just wrote the response to look good they didn’t honor it. So not only are the sandwiches garbage they lie. Jersey Mikes…go to Jersey Mikes they have never let me down. Their sandwiches are made with meat a lot of meat not air and onions like Jimmy’s."

"Ok I hate to give this place not a 5 star rating but I am watching two employees talk and have a very intense conversation and 1 person working. He taking orders and making the sandwiches. He did warn me that there were several sandwiches ahead of me and I honestly I am okay with waiting! But feeling bad that he is the only one working. I have been to this location several times and it’s never fast, but always good!!! So will Be back! I was in the drive through with a car In front of me and waited five min and thought going in might be faster. I pulled around order and the guy that was in the drive through just walked in. No one ever answered or acknowledge him on speaker. I can hear him and GF talking about… It’s the only reason I am writing a review, NOT to complain but to acknowledge his hard work!!! The lady did eventually jump in and was diaper sweet to let me try a hot pepper! Anyways- not complaining acknowledging his hard work!!!!"

"I ordered for delivery through the company's site..the lettuce was mostly brown on both sandwiches and the bacon on the BLT didn't look edible. My other sandwich was ok but for the money these were the smallest sandwiches I'd ever seen with very little meat."
