"Rude, untrained staff, mediocre food. Team member did not know how to redeem a gift card and kept rudely insisting it had nothing on it. After purchasing the sandwich without using the gift card, the receipt printout reflected a balance inquiry showing the balance on the unused gift card. I showed the team member; she shrugged her shoulders and continued to insist there was no balance on the card. I notified the owner through the website contact us option. They emailed an apology but offered nothing to make it right. I won't be back to this location."

"Ordered a 6" pizza sub, foot long churro and chips. I'm not sure when they made the bread for the sandwich but it was a little on the stale side. The church was even worse. Seems like it was made last week as it was almost impossible to bite through a d even when I could it was tough to chew. Come on guys. No wonder you all are losing business to other sandwich shops. I hope this was just a fluke."

"The restaurant was dirty. The person behind the counter was rude. Out of all the subways, this is by far the worst I have ever been to. I had a ham sandwich, and it was very poorly made. The tomatoes smelled sour. Do not eat here."
