"$6 happy hour margarita was a good addition to the BBQ. Good portions and flavors. Had the sampler appetizer between 3 people but couldn't finish. The ribs and brisket were good and the jalapeno sausage was surprisingly good."

"We were looking for a place to eat while in downtown Fort Worth. We stumble upon Riscky's. We were not disappointed. They were able to accommodate our large party. The service was outstanding. Ami was great and able to split our checks. I have to say, I had a piece of pecan pie, and it was one of the best I ever had!"

"I first learned about Riscky's a year ago from a former employee. I had been trying to remember the name every day since; jk but fr. today's experience did not disappoint. I ordered the all you can eat ribs with a side of coleslaw and a sweet tea. Along with fried pickles for the appetizer. Needless to say, the hankering for Texas Q was sated. Full disclosure I had been swindled the last few times I had ribs. Pops commented on the bone to meat ratio, but that's more the cows' fault than the cooks. All I'm saying, let the pics speak for themselves. In my opinion, they were well prepared, and the sauce was A-1. Not literally, but top notch just the same. The coleslaw was notable. That's a big deal for me. I don't like fast food quality food outside of a fast food joint. Tried as we might. We just could not finish the fried pickels. I stuck it out to the bitter end man. The sweat tea was great, not too sweet, and not too strong. I also appreciated the server we had. She was very much attentive. There was a hometown vibe that dictates a return visit."

"First off I really enjoy the downtown Fort Worth atmosphere. This city is very nice, not overcrowded during the week. And has lots of great restaurants. Riscky’s was a very nice location which had spacious inside dining. And also had outside dining tables as well. Kinda wish we would have ate outside to enjoy all the city lights and tall buldings at night. Food here was very delicious, the appetizers were tasty Ex: fried pickles, fried corn, fried onion strings. And I personally tried the southwest salad which was also very delicious and something I had never tried on a salad before. Staff was super friendly and new how to take care of a table. Will definitely try this place again on my next visit to ft. Worth."

"After going to see stand-up comedy we just started wandering around looking for somewhere to eat. It was getting late. We chose Riscky's and it was a great first experience. There were very few people there. Caesar, a super friendly server, took care of us. Love the western vibe, especially the decorative tin ceiling tiles. Even the tables are neat looking because of how they've been worn from so many arms and plates being on it. I had a pulled pork sandwich and my boyfriend had a brisket sandwich. The meat was amazing! Such a perfect smoked flavor. I liked that they gave us barbecue sauce on the side so that we could add how much we wanted (unique sauce). The macaroni and the fried okra were average but still tasty. Lots of food options and several side options. Reasonable pricing. The Texas tea cocktail is the bomb! Definitely a place well be returning to."
