"I was having such a bad morning and I went to this location after a different location messed up my drink (by accident) so I just went to buy myself a new one at a location I’m familiar with. When I walked in Shay immediately interacted with me instantly improving my morning. Not only did they make my drink perfectly but they made me feel 100% better by the time I was leaving the location is clean, Everybody is kind, and I just wanted to take a moment to write a review to let other people know that the Starbucks on Pat booker road in Live Oak is a great location to go to to get your drink made right and to have friendly and fast service. Thank you Shay! You da best. If you already didn’t have a job, I’d hire you to work for me you you have a great customer service skills."

"This ‘was’ always my go too Starbucks. But lately not so much. . . The last few times Ive come here, I have the same issues : 1. My coffee is about 3/4 filled (I don’t get whip cream or anything added) 2. I pretty much always get the bacon Gouda sandwich or egg white bites. The sandwich is never together, like it slides apart or they legit just toss it in the bag & then it’s stuck to the bag. The egg whites - I never get a fork & again, they’re just toppled on each other. This last visit, I just got a green tea w extra pumps of the honey blend, I had no honey . . . It’s unfortunate bc the staff has always been super friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the amount of money spent here to get jipped & have my food served as is it :("

"When I arrived in the drive through line the gentleman on the speaker keep playing around. He said hello three times and each time I replied hello. He never asked me to take my order so i politely proceeded to order my food. When i arrived at the window to pay he never greeted me instead he just scanned my app. when he handed me my order, the iced mocha frappe that i order was hot. Frustrated i asked for a refund. He proceeded to try to convince me that it was not his fault my drink was hot and that they were supposed to be made that way. I again asked for a refund and was finally provided one. I will not ever come to this Starbuck again as my order is always incorrect. Instead i will dine with on the grind and recommend that others do so as well."

"This location is on my top 3 favorite Starbucks locations. My coffee ALWAYS comes out exactly the way as it should. Consistency is key! If you ever have an issue with your drink here, I would highly recommend having Kai, the Barista, make it. Overall, I am over happy customer. Keep up the great work baristas."

"Very dirty inside and there was only three customers including myself inside. It was hard to find a chair and table that did not need need to be wiped down. The music was way too loud when I first came in but someone must have realized this as they turned it down after a few minutes. Ordering a Trente iced coffee with heavy cream and stevia in it. My coffee was good and hit the spot on this blazing June afternoon. This Starbucks could be a really nice one with a little attention to detail, like cleaning and disinfecting the tables and chairs after customers depart."
