"Before I come in I literally have to hope I have a better experience, there's always different people behind the bar and there's like two young women who always make me feel welcomed, however I have not seen them anymore. The male behind the bar always makes me super uncomfortable, he's nice but I didn't appreciate certain things he says. Idk names but there was an elderly woman behind the bar and that same male I talk about ,they acted like mother and son, idk if they were playfully arguing with eachother about who was going to make me my shake but I felt super embarrassed....I was thinking omg keep that at home.... the same male makes the shakes really thick I couldn't sip out from the straw they're normally easy to. But I gave up trying to give this place a chance. I appreciate good customer service that's all. I don't get greeted, they just hear the bell go off from the door and stand up then look at me like are you going to tell me what you want? Attitude I understand we all have bad days but it's not right to throw it at someone..shakes and teas are good but it's not worth it for me feeling unwelcome...."
