"We ordered two dozen assorted munchkins and only got 20 plus there were a box of 10 all chocolate and the other box had only two flavors. Then for a cappuccino and a hot chocolate it took over 20 mins in the drive through. It’s bad enough that the donuts are no longer made on site but for it to take over 20 mins to make a hot chocolate and a cappuccino and not get our full order is ridiculous. To top it all off there was a hair hanging from the lid of the cappuccino. Total waste of time and money."

"I have always ordered my iced beverages with "less ice" because I don't want them tasting watered down. Today's order was the first time that my drinks were "less drink" as well. According to the manager, they were still considered large despite the less actual beverage because the ingredients were measured to "exact specifications". They looked more like mediums. As I mentioned, I have NEVER received less beverage with my less ice orders at ANY location. It really felt like I paid for a large (plus the extra $1 for oatmilk), but recieved a medium. It doesn't help that the manager is unfriendly and has a dry personality. She should be working where she doesn't have to interact with people. And, on top of that, they were out of half of the donuts in my dozen order."

"I feel like they took yalls reviews seriously cause I had a great experience with this location. First off, order from the app. It’s a lot easier. I feel like everywhere is understaffed so just make the workers life easier if you are able too. The food was good. The hash brows were the perfect brown, the avocado toast was toasted great and my latte was delicious. The guy preparing my order was very sweet and hard working. I’ll be coming here again! Also, the cheap prices. Better than paying Starbucks prices!"

"I went through the drive through and order an everything bagel with butter and small decaf coffee. I got my bagel and coffee after waiting for more than 15 to 20 minutes on line. I went and park on the parking lot to get my bagel out since I was planning on eating it on the road. My bagel had cream cheese instead of with butter. I went back to the drive through and the person at the window was rude and asked me if I wanted her to put butter on top of the cream cheese. I looked at her I repeated that I wanted a bagel with just butter. She took the bagel back and she came back with my bagel. I left the store and down the road I took my bagel out of the bag and noticed she didn’t put the butter on my bagel but rather put a few butter packages inside the bag as if I was going to drive and take care of my bagel. Very rude and not a good service."

"I usually don't complain but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. The 1st time when I ordered hash browns the girl asked if I really wanted them because it would be a longer wait, I said yes. They were soggy but atleast hot. Today 10/15 I came through and ordered my kids a donut and myself some hash browns. They were cold and soggy and not even worth trying to eat. I won't be back to this location."
