"We were in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes. The 3 cars in front of us were frustrated too. Maybe because the location did seem a little packed than normal. This was our second time at a BRCC locations be it wasn’t a positive experience as much as I would like it to be. They did have any ketchup for your order too. I totally support veteran owned businesses however, when we go through a drive thru we do have a time crunch, that’s the whole point of drive thrus. Overall, I did rate it 3 stars because the honey spicy chai was ok, the mocha blended was good. We also had Grenade burrito and a scone which was nice."

"Such a cool idea for coffee shop I love the clever T-shirts and merchandise. Coffee is also very good and the customer service is excellent."

"A great place to stop by before charging into the IKEA traffic! I enjoy their coffee and atmosphere but compared to other black rifle coffee shops I’ve been to there’s room for improvement. Merchandise selection was very limited compared to BRC in Boerne and the customer to cashier interaction was bland. I’ve worked customer service and I understand not being excited for work but fake it til you make it or find the appreciation in your job and understand the impact you have on each customer that walks in. All in all will I be back… of course! But expectations unfortunately have been lowered so that visit may not be as frequent because I can have a bland coffee experience at home lol"

"I'm not a coffee shop guy, but I go to this one occasionally because it's Veteran owned, and they do a very good job. Active duty military and Veterans get a discount, and so do first responders. You can have hot or cold coffee made right there, or you can get a bag to take with you. They also have hats, shirts, and other things. This is a large cold iced mocha, and a blueberry scone."
