Domino's Pizza 5498 Walzem Road, San Antonio, TX 78218

"I have no problems with the pizza because you can’t really screw it up. My only problem is Josh whom I assume has a key position there (because everyone needed his override) was not much of a leader. What I counted to be 7 men and one young girl to be there, was an environment of sexual harassment for the young lady trying to do work. I’m writing this as a father myself of 4 young girls. Josh and the other young boy continuously kept brushing against the girl and whispering at while she’s trying to work in the back corner preparing pizzas. It was sad to see. She may have welcomed it or not but I could tell she was new. What made matters worse is there was only one guy boxing pizzas and managing the counter for about 20 minutes. Then Josh had the audacity to ask the young man why people are waiting for order. The guy tried explaining and then Josh says “don’t lie bro” when the fact is if he and the other guy weren’t caught up in the only female present and the rest of the guys weren’t standing off to the side, people wouldn’t have been waiting and Josh would’ve known what was happening in his store. It’s sad what young girls will put up with to keep a job or because she believes these young jerks are truly for her when they aren’t. Bad environment I witnessed and for the young lady who is there…you can do better! For the older men there….you should correct the behavior as if it was your daughter or granddaughter."

"We ordered dinner for delivery from here last night. Our order was a 12inch Thin Pizza with Marinara sauce, Cheese and Sausage. The pizza had very little cheese and was very dry. We also ordered 2 individual Pasta Carbonara dishes, an 8 piece Stuffed Pepperoni Bread, 8 piece Garlic Parmesan Wings, and 8 piece Honey Barbecue Wings which were all very good. While we won’t ever order the Thin Crust Pizza again we will certainly order from this location again and would definitely recommend."

"This location is a hit or miss. When I picked up in store they got my order correct, but once when I ordered a home delivery they said they didn't deliver here and then when I placed my order online they delivered and then another time my food was burnt (I got the tots), Someone doesn't know how to make tots at this location because I see other people complaining about this also. To be honest though, my thin crust pizza with extra cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms, and instead of tomato sauce i ordered the garlic parm sauce, it was always very good when I order delivery. Make sure when you order you use the online app and select coupons since they are not automatically applied. This store often runs promotions and they probably need more staff."

"I would like a refund on my totts! This is rediculous all the dark stuff is burnt cheese... How can it be burnt & cold? Update: i called the store and Julianna was very helpful and refunded my order. Im going to give the store a 3stars just because of Julianna."

"This location is going down at a fast pace. Tonight I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and one with no cheese. The one with no cheese also had giant air bubbles and no sauce. The extra cheese had giant air bubbles and very little cheese. I called to talk to the manager & ‘Panther’ answered the phone and said ‘hold one moment please’. He left me on hold for over 30 minutes. I drove to the store to talk to the manager. ‘Panther’ was extremely rude and had the phones off the hook so that no one else could call. Jamie, the ‘manager’ was making pizza’s and did not even acknowledge me. ‘panther’ walked away and started helping make pizzas. I stood at the desk for over 15 minutes and finally left. My satisfaction was not guaranteed and I was completely ignored. Done with this Domino’s."
