Domino's Pizza

"The star I left is only because it was required to leave this review. I paid for a pizza and my husband was late picking it up. When he got there "there was no order with my name there and they didn't know what happened to my order". End of story, right?? WRONG. The guy I spoke with immediately met me with a condescending tone and could care less that my order was missing. And what are the odds this rude creature happens to be the manager.... ugh! He couldn't even confirm his own store address that I read off from my confirmation email! I had to give him the closest intersection to confirm I ordered at the right location! He finally placed me on hold to check through their orders, and magically mine was found and they decided to re-make the order after all. That so called manager though has no people skills, and had all the nerve to have a funky a$$ attitude even though HIS food and money weren't missing! The audacity is outrageous in here and I will never ever ever order from this store again and just order from Fredericksburg/Wurzbach as I've been doing for years now. Whoever is reading this.... save yourself some heartache and spend your money elsewhere. Eff this place."

"A few things, I don't order pizza from here often. Almost every time we order, something is incorrect. We called to let them know they forgot a whole topping on a pizza. He proceeded to argue with us stating he knows he made the pizza with all the toppings. We asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. This is not the only thing wrong with the order, but it is clearly not up for disputable when you look at the picture. If dominos can point out where the light jalapeños on this pizza, I'll eat the cardboard box and take down the post. Mistakes happen, I get it. But I won't be lied to over the phone with the evidence of their mess up right in front of me. For the things you can't see in the picture: - both pizzas were not well done - The pizza is not cut all the way through for both pizzas (ghost cut) - garlic crust butter was not added to both pizzas - the manager had questionable customer service skills for the position he held. In the end, he gave us a refund. But not without arguing with the us till the end and that is the reason why this post exist."

"We visited this Domino's during our stay, we ordered 2 pizza and one of the pizza which was half cheese and half veggie was made in a way it was looking like 2/3 Cheeze and 1/3 veggi. I ordered thin crust pizza and both pizza had to much of tomato sauce. My 1 pizza was having 4 toppings and other was having 5 topping but I was hardly able to see good amount of topping on both. I was not having enough time to reorder so they adjusted the price of 1 pizza."
