"Staff didn't know how to find my online order. Took forever to figure it out!! Staff totally confused with online orders. Manager had to step in and offer free drinks to compensate. Your corporate or regional manager needs to stop by for a visit! Even the Pizza Portal is broken. This is not the way to run a business. It's 2024 and people order online, get with the times! I hope your store improves because this isn't good for customers."

"Waited for 45 minutes and had to request my money back,only 1 girl at the register, 1 girl making pizza, & 4 guys that I saw doing nothing. 10 customers waiting to order in line. I would've waited, but 2 other customers were also complaining. Never again."

"seriously why did they charged me for another pizza made with pepperonis because the other pizza i ordered didn't come with pepperonis and they charged me an extra $10 just for one with pepperonis , cant they just remake it or put pepperonis free of charge? this is stupid, and whenever they gave me the pizza ,it wasn't even cut or anything, everything was out of order and the toppings were on the side of the pizza and not on top , waited 20-15 minutes just for a unready cut pizza"

"Currently sitting in lobby waiting for pizza that was ordered online yesterday for 1:30 pick up today. I arrived to a long line and people in my same situation and being told 30 min wait for pre ordered or online order. Many customers are upset and getting ratchet with their passive aggressive, verbally abusive comments calling the staff disorganized and lazy. I just want to say the staff including whom I believe is the manager (because of how he is dressed) are busting their assess off as fast as they can in the back. Not one single person looking lazy and moving at quick pace to get the orders out. They are handling the best they could and are remaining professional. These situations happen sometimes. Kudos to all of y’all. I’m not one to keep my mouth shut and I would’ve lost it if I was working here. I think y’all are doing a great job! Hope the day gets better for you all."

"This is their idea of extra most best pepperoni? And people are still complaining about their wages when you can't get orders right... 1 to 1.5 inch crust, can't even get the cheese and sauce to fill the pizza. The cheesy bread has so much seasoning on it it's inedible. What happened to the pride in your work in this country? Ridiculous. Never going back."
