"Honestly I will put 0 stars if I could . I placed an order with Shelby because my pizza did not come cut it was like a pie . I called back and supposedly got refunded . Couple days later I placed order and she answered arguing with me over phone saying they weren’t taking orders , also that I didn’t have my refund at all when she was the one who placed it . That same day I ordered online from that same store and it arrived at that same time . She was just giving attitude and being lazy . Get rid of her bad for business and bad at her job . Also I paid for my food that same day as well . So be careful with this store people they will take your money and mess up your orders !!"
"Ordered the new NY pizza over an hour ago (ordered time 4:42pm & arrived at 5:58pm) Got here rubbery, cold and dry. The "BOX" was warm. Not to happy. I will definitely NOT order anything from here again."
"Papa John's took two hours to deliver a lukewarm pizza soaked in garlic butter sauce. Butter cup was smashed before deliver soaking the box and pizza. I contacted customer service and all they said was sorry. No refund, no credit, no coupon, nothing. I don't recommend this place at all. Lousy service."
"I've been going to this Papa John's location since I was a kid in high school. I've never had any problems and the food has never gotten me sick so I am a happy customer. However, the wait times can be a little too long."
