Haven’t had any complains until last timer my dog was there took 5 hours to groom plus her hair didn’t come as usual, looked like they did it in a hurry. They for sure need better organization in regards to keeping pets for more than five hours, especially to the pets who aren’t use to be in a cage for a long period."
