"This company continues to disappoint. They replaced my floor, and did so poorly. The installed floor is now damaged because of how it was installed. After many conversations, they came out to investigate and brought their flooring expert. The flooring expert explained why the issue was occurring and stated “we will put together a plan to correct this and get back with you.” Also verified what flooring I had and how much extra I had stored. A few days later I was sent an email stating they decided to do nothing. Then mocked me on my response to being disappointed. Just a moment ago today they decided to misdial and call me, mistaking me for another customer. What a wonderful reminder to how unlucky I have been to have trusted them, and how unfortunate it is someone else is about to make the same mistake."
