"We had a plumbing system check-up w/water heater drain. We discussed two turn off valves on the water heater-one for the whole house humidifier which would poke a hole in the plex pipe first time it was used turn off the humidifier to change out the filter, which would create a leak; the second one was for the water heater if it starts leaking, except it would not work which means it was defective (one year old, installed by builder's chosen plumbing company). Brennan did a great job answering all my questions, checking everything out, getting water heater drained and doing the two shutoff valves replacement, after giving me the quote and getting my approval to do the work. He cleaned up the area before he left. Very happy with the quality of work and with Brennan as our tech."
