"Disappointed in communication between scheduler and handy man. Bill arrived on time and did a nice first step ceiling drywall repair. Completed in 30 minutes. As he was packing up I asked about the texturing. He said he was told I would do it and he didn't have material or tools with him (which I found hard to believe). When I scheduled the service with Doug I was clear saying I wanted to keep the work at one hour or less due to cost. If it ran past an hour I could finish the texturing myself. I believe Bill clearly would have had time to do the texturing and kept it within an hour. Now it is on me to finish after paying $146."

"The Hamilton County Ace Handyman Services group NEVER misses. We've hired them 5 or 6 times in the past three years and they are always on time, efficient, respectful, and (most of all) really effective. They always send someone who knows what they're doing (and why), and they are able to adjust on the fly if needed. Bill A. was here most recently; he expertly repaired the drywall and mantle after my TV fell out of the wall (previous homeowners didn't mount it into studs). Can't tell anything ever was wrong. He also repaired my bathroom ceiling, replicated the texturing, and made a great recommendation for a different paint than I thought I would need. Really expert work. Not necessarily looking forward to another need in the future, but I do know exactly who to call when I have one."
