"Very happy with the work performed by Russell. I had planned to replace our 15 year electric water heater and I was able to get the exact gas water heater I wanted. The installation went well although we did experience an issue with our pressure tank which required it to be replaced. This was the original pressure tank so it is not surprising it was not working at 100%. During the install, the sediment filter started leaking and even though it was hard to determine what caused it, Nate Mishler made it right by me. The second trip involved extending our gas line to connect to a pool heater. We went through a couple of iterations before finding a solution that worked best. It allowed for the pressure increase to be regulated closer to each of the devices, insuring proper gas pressure for the pool heater, furnace and water heater. I am very satisfied with the work and responsiveness. Having an owner that is willing to contact you after hours and follow-up to make sure there are no issues is appreciated. There is general concern on their part to make sure it is right for the customer."
