"It was okay, the cashier wasn't very friendly or helpful. The store looked like a tornado hit it"
"Didn't have what I had gone there for (book binding supplies for small, individually painted pictures, and there was no one available to provide assistance."
"Nice place to shop. Each store person that I spoke with was polite and new the store well. It was a good experience and we have always left the store as happy customers. Really good team @the Orland park, IL. store."
"Im pretty disappointed that I went in to this location and asked the manager due to all of these having at least 2-3 dents in them is there any kind of discount he could give me for them. He told me he can give me $2 off, I said seriously and he seemed irritated for me asking him with his body language and sigh he made while scanning the items. Needless to say that is my first and last time in this location."
"By golly, upon approaching the store location, there was a HORSE near the entrance. Now, this wasn't one of those fancy ride around horses, that you can pay to ride. This was a WILD ANIMAL. Onlookers didn't seem to mind it at first, but as I began to throw a fir, everyone looked over and stared. I am appalled, that the store staff didn't take more precautionary measures, or contact animal control!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I shop here, for FEAR of my life being, quite literally, TRAMPLED. 4/5 Not bad."
