"On 12/29 I came in looking for a toilet gasket. Matt and Connor were super pleasant and helpful trying to track down what I was looking for.there was a 3rd guy that tried helping me find it who was also friendly and patient with me , but I didnt get his name. Gasket ended up being out of stock, and Matt called another location to find one for me. Exceptional customer service(which is hard to find these days) Thank you for your help:)"

"Vicky, the manager likes to pretend she can’t make keys knowing she can but just doesn’t want cut keys by hand so she turned me down. Another employee helped me out and had 9 keys made in 5 minutes… not to mention, she kept hounding her floor worker to not help me. Manager Vicky is a joke lol. She’s extremely loud.I watched her point customers to the wrong aisles.she acted as if every customer was in there to steal something. This behavior is unacceptable. Better off going to Joliet"

"This store was great after Gary sold it. I would shop it here and there when Dave was the store manager. (I’m not a store specific shopper. I shop everywhere.) He and his staff always went the extra mile to make sure I was helped. They always had a smile on their face. I was recently in there and this new lady in charge has no idea how to help customers. She pointed me to the completely wrong aisle multiple times. It sounds like she’s constantly yelling at the staff and customers. The tone in her voice towards the employees was very condescending and what felt like rude too. You can tell this staff is no longer happy. The staff was not helpful. Even the other customers didn’t look happy. I ended up not buying what I needed because the atmosphere felt hostile. It’s like Gary had a sex change and came back. I will no longer shop here."
